GENTLE WATER CREMATION

EVERMORE offers an alternative to flame-based cremation commonly referred to as gentle water cremation or Aquamation.  Like cremation by flame, remains much like ash can be returned to pet families in an urn as a keepsake or to return to nature by scattering, burial, or planting a memorial tree.

While researching flame-based crematory equipment for purchase, we learned about this eco-responsible and sustainable alternative.  It just didn't make sense not to choose this emerging technology for a better tomorrow.  Here is why...

Gentle water cremation is an environmentally friendly, gentle alternative to cremation by flame that accelerates the natural breakdown of the body's physical components into the basic building blocks of life.  Using a fraction of the energy and with zero greenhouse gas emissions resulting from the process compared to traditional cremation, it wasn't a difficult choice.

Gentle water cremation generally occurs over the course of up to 20 hours.  During this time, a combination of 95% warm water and 5% alkali gently flows over the body.

Like traditional flame-based cremation, gentle water cremation is available in the following service types: private compartment, and private cycle.
